These Terms and Conditions inform you about how you can use the services by Kazi Minibus Hire. You agree to follow these terms once you book or use our services.

Bookings

The customer needs to confirm all bookings in writing by email or on our website or do so using our official online booking system. Please note that a deposit or full payment may be necessary if you want to secure your booking.

It is also necessary that you provide Kazi Minibus Hire with the correct journey details when you book our services. This information must have the pickup time and location, and the exact number of passengers. We require the customer to specify any special requirements at the time of booking.

Payment

Customers can make their payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any other approved method specified on the website. Full payment is necessary before we dispatch the minibus, unless credit terms have been agreed in advance in writing.

Cancellation Policy

In case of customer cancellation, the following terms will apply:

  • Full refund if the cancellation is done more than 14 days before the journey.
  • Half of the advance will be refunded if the customer cancels 7–14 days before the journey.
  • No refund will be approved if the cancellation occurs less than 7 days before the journey.
  • Full payment is due, and no refund will be given for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

With respect to cancellations by Kazi Minibus Hire, the following terms apply:

We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of an issue beyond our control, for example poor weather or vehicle breakdown. We will issue the customer a full refund if that happens, or offer alternative arrangements.

Conduct and Safety

All passengers must wear seatbelts where provided. We do not allow drinks on board the vehicle under any circumstances. Passengers can consume food only if they have prior permission from the driver or the management. We do not allow smoking under any circumstances in the vehicle. The use of alcohol and illegal substances is also strictly prohibited.

A cleaning fee of £150, in line with UK commercial transport regulations and industry standards, will be incurred in case of any spilt food or seats soiled, or excessive mess is left in the vehicle. Any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers will be charged to the paying customer. Kazi Minibus Hire reserves the right to pursue the matter legally if necessary.

Unforeseen Delays

You cannot hold the driver or Kazi Minibus Hire liable for any delays if the issue is beyond our control, such as bad weather or road closures. Consider extra time during booking a to catch a flight on time or be punctual for an event.

Luggage

You are in charge of your own items and to make sure that no belongings block the aisles or emergency exits during the trip. Your driver or Kazi Minibus Hire will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items left in the vehicle.

Complaints

It is necessary for the customer to submit any complaints in writing within 7 days of the date when the service was provided. Kazi Minibus Hire will investigate the complaints promptly and provide a response in a sensible timeframe.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts applies to any disputes that occur.
